Clifford Chance with Morgan Stanley Europe in Gorenjska Banka’s €150 m notes issuance
Clifford Chance has advised Morgan Stanley Europe as sole bookrunner on the issuance of €150 million senior preferred resettable notes by Slovenian Gorenjska Banka d.d., Kranj.
The notes were issued on a standalone basis and are structured as senior preferred resettable instruments in line with applicable regulatory requirements.The issuance comprised €150 million senior preferred resettable notes with a final maturity in 2032 and a first reset date in 2031. The notes are listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
