Baker McKenzie with Oldenburgische Landesbank on Top-Sport acquisition

Baker McKenzie advised Oldenburgische Landesbank on all legal aspects of the financing for the acquisition of TSS Holding GmbH (Top-Sport) by VR Equitypartner and co-investor NRW.Bank.

The credit facilities provided by Oldenburgische Landesbank will be used not only to finance the purchase price, but also to support Top-Sport’s general corporate financing needs and the group’s further growth through investments and selective acquisitions. Together with the reinvesting seller GFEP Family Equity and the management team, VR Equitypartner and NRW.Bank aim to build a European company active in the field of indoor sports facility construction.
