Baker McKenzie advises Stada on Locobase deal
Baker McKenzie has advised pharmaceutical group Stada Arzneimittel on its acquisition of certain rights to the Locobase dermatology brand from Karo Healthcare, covering commercial rights to the Locobase skincare range in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
The transaction gives STADA control over a broad portfolio of skincare products targeting consumers with dry, sensitive or barrier-impaired skin, including products used in the care and management of conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
