Arcus invests in Einhundert with Noerr’s guidance
British infrastructure investor Arcus is set to acquire a majority stake in the Einhundert corporate group, a Cologne-based company supplying multi-family houses with solar power. Previously financed by 24 shareholders, Einhundert offers a full-service package ranging from building suitability assessments to the installation of photovoltaic systems, digital metering, and power supply billing. The solar power generated also supports the operation of heat pumps.
Ernesto Garnier, the founder of Einhundert, will retain his position as Co-Investor and continue to serve as CEO. The investment by Arcus is channeled through its European Infrastructure Fund 3 and the portfolio company Officium.
