Simmons & Simmons with Enerparc on Holdco debt platform closing

Simmons & Simmons advised Enerparc on the closing of a €500 million junior/holding company (Holdco) debt platform, supporting the construction of a 5GW pipeline of solar and co-located solar/BESS projects across Germany, France, and Spain.

The financing was provided by eighteen funds managed by Eiffel Investment Group, Schroders, and EIG Partners.

Enerparc is a developer and operator of large-scale solar and battery energy storage projects, with a strong track record in delivering renewable energy solutions across Europe.
