Hogan Lovells Cadwalader on placement of a 12-year mortgage Pfandbrief by DKB
Led by Frankfurt partner Jochen Seitz, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Bayerische Landesbank, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, Erste Group Bank, Société Générale, UniCredit Bank GmbH, and Bethmann HAL, a brand of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Frankfurt Branch , on the placement of a 12-year mortgage Pfandbrief issued by Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB).
The mortgage Pfandbrief was issued on 9 July 2026 with an issue volume of EUR 1 billion. The bond has a maturity of 12 years, an issue price of 99.825%, and a coupon of 3.375% per annum.
