Eversheds Sutherland advises Trane on TKV acquisition
Eversheds Sutherland has advised Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) and its Thermo King brand on the acquisition of Transport-Kälte-Vertrieb GmbH (TKV), the largest of five independent Thermo King and Frigoblock dealers in Germany. The transaction has now closed, with TKV continuing to serve the southern German market under the new name Thermo King Deutschland.
TKV has represented Thermo King in southern Germany for fifty-five years, specialising in sales, installation and after-sales service of transport refrigeration units and accessories, as well as maintenance and telematics solutions.
