Heuking advises Omikron shareholders on sale to DQE

Heuking has advised the shareholders of Omikron Data Solutions on the integration of the company into the DQE Group. The advisory mandate covered the structuring and negotiation of all transaction agreements, as well as legal support throughout the sale process. Albert Pusch will remain on board as a shareholder and managing director of Omikron Data Solutions following the transaction.

The parties

Omikron Data Solutions focuses on the development, distribution, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operation of solutions for Master Data Management and Data Quality, as well as related services.

The DQE Group, founded in Paris in 2006, operates as an independent platform for enterprise data quality in Europe, serving over 1,000 enterprise clients across six countries.

The Heuking team 

The Stuttgart-based Heuking team was led by partners Peter Ladwig (pictured left) and Alexander Schott (pictured right), supported by Marco Bahmann, and Antje Münch, all from the corporate/M&A and IP/IT practices in Stuttgart, along with Simon Pommer, from the tax practice in Hamburg.
