The advisors on Forterro’s acquisition of 3E Schweiz

Goodwin Procter advised Forterro on its acquisition of 3E Schweiz, a software provider serving manufacturers of windows and doors, with additional entities in Germany and France. Moreover, swiss side MLL Legal also represented Forterro.
