A&O Shearman advises Swiss Life on Telis acquisition
A&O Shearman is advising Swiss Life Deutschland Holding (Swiss Life Germany) and its Zurich-based parent company Swiss Life Holding on the acquisition of Telis Unternehmensgruppe.
Headquartered in Regensburg, Telis Group is a financial services distributor, with approximately 1,800 licensed advisors and more than 350 employees at its head office. The group generated total revenues in excess of EUR 200 million in 2025. The purchase price has not been disclosed. Closing is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2026.
