Baker McKenzie advises Siemens Energy on Camlin acquisition

Baker McKenzie has advised Siemens Energy on its agreement to acquire Camlin Group, a Northern Ireland-based company specializing in grid monitoring, data analytics, and asset digitalization. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close before the end of 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
