Hengeler Mueller advises J.P. Morgan on i Live JV

Hengeler Mueller advised J.P. Morgan Asset Management as the asset management division of JP Morgan Chase is expanding its European managed living platform through a joint venture with i Live Group, targeting the development of a €1.5 billion purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio in Germany.

Hengeler Mueller advised J.P. Morgan Asset Management on both the joint venture structuring and the related financing.
