Hogan Lovells with Waterland on Bode acquisition
Hogan Lovells has advised Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition financing of Bode, a globally active provider of door and access systems for public transportation.
Waterland is acquiring Bode from its previous owner, the Schaltbau Group, which is majority-owned by Carlyle. As part of the transaction, BODE’s management team is investing alongside Waterland.
