New private equity lawyer joins Kirkland & Ellis in Munich/London

Sebastian Heim joined Kirkland & Ellis as a corporate partner in the Munich/London office. He comes from Milbank, where he entered in 2011 as an associate and was appointed as partner in 2019. Dr. Heim’s practice focuses on private equity transactions, and he regularly advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity matters. His experience also spans industries, including software, industrials, infrastructure and high-growth technology.
