Taylor Wessing strengthens M&A practice with partner from Baker McKenzie

Taylor Wessing is strengthening its Corporate/M&A practice with Dr. Thorsten Seidel (PICTURED). The M&A expert and notary specializing in corporate law joined the firm’s Berlin office as a partner effective February 2nd.

Dr. Thorsten Seidel joins from Baker McKenzie, where he also served as a partner. He brings more than 25 years of experience in cross-border M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, particularly in the chemicals, life sciences, real estate, and other regulated sectors. Thorsten Seidel advises on corporate law, complex M&A projects, and post-M&A disputes, and also practices as a notary with a focus on corporate law and real estate transactions.
