Aareon acquired Apsiyon: the legal advisors

Led by Frankfurt partner Maximilian Broermann (PICTURED), law firm Hogan Lovells advised Aareon Group, a TPG portfolio company and Europe’s provider of SaaS solutions for the real estate industry, on an agreement to acquire Apsiyon, a fast-growing PropTech company offering digital solutions for property and community management.

Founded in 2012, Apsiyon provides software that supports residential complexes and property managers throughout Turkey. With its best-in-class platform and extensive local expertise, the company has established itself as a leading driver of digitalization in one of Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets.

The strategic investment represents an important step in Aareon’s corporate strategy to strengthen its position in Europe and expand into new growth markets.
