JTL-Software secures acquisition of Bringly: the legal advisors
Hogan Lovells has advised its long-standing client JTL-Software with a cross-border team from Germany and the Netherlands on the acquisition of Dutch company Bringly, a sustainable logistics technology platform with intelligent logistics software for retailers and sustainable transportation companies.
JTL-Software, a portfolio company of London-based private equity firm Hg Capital, is one of the leading providers of innovative e-commerce software in the DACH region with over 15 years of experience in software development and more than 50,000 customers. Jan Philipp Feigen (PICTURED) and his team regularly advise JTL-Software on add-on transactions, most recently on the acquisitions of German software developer JERA and Dutch logistics company Returnless. With this acquisition, the company is expanding its service portfolio in the area of logistics technologies.
Bringly offers logistics technology solutions that promote efficiency, cost savings and sustainability in e-commerce and help online retailers across Europe optimize their supply chains. A core product is the Shipping Intelligence Engine, which provides real-time data and AI-powered analytics for checkout and shipping processes. Bringly’s founding team, Rajiv Laigsingh and Anton Liulichev, will remain on board after the sale and will reinvest in JTL.
