The advisors of Schroder Real Estate KVG on sale of retail property to Slate
Mayer Brown advised Schroder Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (KVG), a business unit of Schroders Capital, on the sale of a retail property from the portfolio of one of its pan-European real estate funds to Slate Asset Management.
The property is a 4,500 sqm commercial property in Frankfurt-Rödelheim (Lorscher Straße 41 in 60489 Frankfurt am Main) completed in 2004 and refurbished in 2015, with a focus on food retail, which is fully let.
