Interactive Strength acquired Wattbike: the advisors

Interactive Strength, a manufacturer of innovative specialty fitness equipment and digital fitness services under the CLMBR and FORME brands, is acquiring the British company Wattbike (Holdings), a leading brand of indoor performance bikes.

The transaction combines Interactive Strength’s innovative fitness solutions with Wattbike’s established reputation in the field of elite sports training. The extensive use of Wattbike by professional sports teams and its strong direct customer base in the UK will enhance Interactive Strength’s financial performance and market reach, particularly in the US and Germany. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.

An international CMS team led by partner Dr Sebastian Becker (Duesseldorf, PICTURED), partner Robbie Sommerville and off counsel Callum Swanson provided comprehensive legal advice to a London and Austin/Texas-based team from Interactive Strength, which is listed on NASDAQ.
